From August 2019 to November 2021 School Age Payment payments worth £2,599,568 have been paid to Social Security Scotland clients within the Highland Council area, however as this is still a relatively new payment there may be families out there that still haven’t applied for this payment. 

School Age Payment is £252.50 to help balance the costs around the time children are first old enough to go to school.

Applications close on 28 February 2022 for children born between 1 March 2016 and 28 February 2017.
